Briquettes
Wood briquettes are compressed sawdust and woodchip with almost all of the moisture pressed out, so they are denser than seasoned logs, burn longer and leave very little ash behind. They suit wood burners, open fires, pizza ovens, fire pits, BBQs and wood-fired hot tubs, and because they are flat packed they take up far less room in a log store than loose firewood.
Croft Logs are made in the UK from 100% sustainably sourced virgin timber, with no chemical binders. There are six briquettes in every 5.8kg pack, each 200mm long and 75mm in diameter. Try a single pack first, then order by the pallet, available as a quarter pallet of 42 packs, a half pallet of 84 packs or a full pallet of 168 packs.
Roastie Toasties are ready-snapped little and large briquettes that light easily and reach a high heat quickly. They are Woodsure Ready to Burn accredited and Clean Air Act compliant, with a moisture content below 10% and a heat output of 4.8kWh/kg. Buy them in handy 10kg or 20kg bags, or by the pallet as 25 or 45 bags of 20kg or 48 or 96 bags of 10kg.
